If you find an item we don’t hold at the UOW Library, you can place your request from the item record in Library SEARCH (select ‘Show results outside UOW Library’).

Select ‘Get it for me from other libraries’ and choose from the ‘Get it’ options displayed to borrow the physical copy of a book/ obtain a digital chapter, or obtain a digital article.

For chapters and articles you will need to fill in any additional information required and agree to copyright terms before you click on Send.

If no ‘Get it’ options are available, you can click on the Document Delivery link to fill in the request form.

When your request has been submitted you will receive a confirmation email.

Digital copies will be supplied via an email to your UOW email address with a link to download.

Loans will be available for pick up from your campus library. If you are eligible for off-campus services, we will mail your request to you.
