You will be able to find a great deal of information using the search box on our Library homepage, which does a lot of the work for you by searching broadly across the majority of our resources.
In some cases however, you may want to use advanced search techniques such as:
- Using the words AND, OR and NOT to control your search
- Using quotation marks around two or more keywords (i.e. "climate change") to search for those words in a specific order
- Using database commands to search for keywords that appear in close proximity to one another
- Using a symbol such as the asterisk to search for variations of your keywords
