If you are unable to play sound on the Library computer, this is usually signalled by a red X through the audio icon on the taskbar.
Try the following:
- On the task bar, right click the speaker icon and click "Playback Devices"
- On the Playback tab, right click and select "Show Disabled Devices"
- The "Speakers" device should appear
- Right click the device and select "Enable", then click "OK".
If you still can't get sound on your computer, see our staff at the Service Desk.
In the meantime, try another computer or borrow a laptop. Wollongong Campus students can borrow a laptop from the IT Help Desk in Building 17, Level 1.
