Unfortunately some Windows computers in the Library have issues with sound and the sound icon on the taskbar has a red X through it. Users may be able to resolve this issue by using the following steps:
1. On the task bar, right click the speaker icon and click "Playback Devices"
2. On the Playback tab, right click and select "Show Disabled Devices"
3. The "Speakers" device should appear
4. Right click the device and select "Enable", then click "OK".
The sound should now work.
