Q. I am installing EndNote and it asked for a product key. What do I do?

EndNote should never ask you for a product key during installation if you are downloading from the EndNote page.

To avoid this, closely follow the download instructions given in the EndNote guide.

Pay particular attention to Step 3.

If you are trying to install EndNote on a UOW managed computer, you might not have the permission to do so and will need to contact IT Services.
