Request an item via your Subject Readings list (UOW staff)

If you are UOW staff and the item you want is for your subject readings, please see the Subject Readings guide for information on ordering new resources.

Suggest an item for purchase (UOW staff and HDR students)

We accept purchase recommendations from staff and Higher Degree Research students. Please check the Catalogue to see if we already hold the item.

How to suggest an item for purchase:

  1. Search for the resource in Library SEARCH. Ensure you select 'Show results outside UOW Library'.
  2. Click the item's title.
  3. Under 'How to get it', select 'Purchase' and complete the Purchase Request form or Document Delivery form (for article/book chapters).

Undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students

If the item is on your reading list, contact your subject coordinator. If the item is not a required source, and UOW Library does not hold it, you can place a Document Delivery request.

The Library will purchase electronic versions of material in preference to print/hardcopy.
