Our screens let you share your desktop, applications, and documents for seamless collaboration. At the Wollongong Campus Library, they are available on the Ground Floor (including selected study rooms) and in GS 209-213 on Level 2.

To connect, follow the instructions based on the colour of the TV screen background.

 

Using the black screens (AirServer) 

Note: iOS Phones and Macs will need to be connected to the 'UOW' or 'eduroam' (for visitors from other universities) Wi-Fi network in order to use these screens. 

 

Follow one of the guides below to connect your device:  

 

Using the blue screens (Solstice) 

Note: Your device will need to be connected to the 'UOW' or 'eduroam' (for visitors from other universities) Wi-Fi network in order to use these screens. 

 

Connecting to screen with my device: 

  1. If you don’t already have the Solstice installed go to https://www.mersive.com/download/ to download the app for free.

  2. If you have the app, enter the IP address on the bottom left of the screen into your device's internet browser. For example: 10.24.51.29.

  3. You will then be asked to enter the key on the screen. For example: Key: 0584.

  4. You can use multiple options at the same time. 

  5. Options include: 

  • Sharing your desktop 

  • Sharing only a single app 

  • Sharing a media file 

     6. Select "Stop Sharing All" to end all shares. 

     7. Select "X Disconnect" to disconnect from Solstice.
