Q. Why can't I download an ebook on to my mobile phone?

Like print books, the Library decides how many copies of an ebook to purchase. Only ebooks with unlimited user access are available to download from Ebook Central. 

To see how many copies are available and if you can download an ebook, check the 'Availability' section on the Detail page, or in the Details side panel. 

To read an ebook on your phone, you may need to install the Adobe Digital Editions app to download on your Android mobile or iOS mobile.

When viewing the ebook in your mobile browser: 

1. Click the download icon on the ebook's menu
2. If asked to sign-in, select Continue
3. Ebook Central will prompt you to download Adobe Digital Editions if you don't already have it. 

You may need to create an Adobe Digital ID, if you don't already have one.
