Q. Why have I been charged a billed replacement cost for a Library book I have on loan?

Replacement fees are charged on items when they reach 30 days overdue. For Document Delivery loans the replacement fee is set by the supplying library. 

If you return the item the replacement charge will be automatically removed.

Overdue fees will apply to recalled items and Document Delivery loan items.
