If you have used your UOW email for EBSCOhost account:

  1. If the ‘reset password’ email still hasn’t arrived in your junk mail folder, log in to the UOW Mimecast portal. This is a tool UOW uses to block possible junk emails.
  2. Check any messages from EBSCO that have been blocked there.

If you have checked all blocked messages in the UOW Mimecast portal but still don't see any EBSCO 'reset password' emails, please contact the library: uow-library@uow.edu.au

If you have not used your UOW email for EBSCOhost account:

  1. Check the junk mail folder, or any other relevant folders, in the email account affiliated with your EBSCOhost account. 

If you have checked all folders in your email account but still don't see any EBSCO 'reset password' emails, please contact the library: uow-library@uow.edu.au
