Q. Why are my results withheld?

You may receive a withheld notice if you have any unpaid fees owing to UOW, the Library, StartSmart has not been completed, or a laptop has not been returned following exams. You can access this information via your SOLS account or by contacting AskUOW.

For Library fines or fees, you can check your Library card. Be sure to check your UOW email for Library notices regarding overdue, lost item or recalled item fees.
