There are a variety of tools that can help you connect and collaborate with others online both for your study and your personal life.
As a UOW student, you have access to these tools:
- Office365 (cloud based office suite, available to all UOW students)
- Collaboration and videoconferencing (tools supported by IMTS)
It's also useful to think about how to communicate effectively, beyond being able to use the software. Consider what you need to be able to do - Do you need to share documents and store them in a common location? Be able to chat in real time? Be able to work on a shared document together? These questions will help you choose the right tool to use.
The Digital Skills Hub also has some great resources to help you develop effective digital behaviours for collaboration.
