What is the Digital Skills Hub?

You can find the Digital Skills Hub in your subject Moodle sites. The Hub can help you identify your digital strengths and supports you to develop new capabilities - so you can feel confident you have the skills needed for your studies and the digital environments of your life and future careers.

The Hub contains:

- Information about digital capabilities and why they're important

- A self-evaluation tool to improve your digital skills

- Help resources, FAQs, and the opportunity to submit a query for further support

The self-evaluation ‘Discovery Tool’ enables you to rate your levels of confidence across six areas of digital capabilities. The tool also:

- delivers a personalised report on your current digital skills

- identifies areas of strength and development

- provides an extensive bank of resources for you to use when developing your digital skills
