Q. Will deleting a section from my Subject Readings list also remove the citations from my list?

Yes. If you want to delete a section but keep the citations in it, you should move or copy the citations first (e.g. copy to Favourites or copy to Clipboard and re-add them). You can also change the name of a section rather than deleting it.
