On your previous Moodle site you may have created these types of links which point to your list:
Subject Reading activity links
e.g. They have the Subject Readings icon and are on the Moodle homepage.
Permalinks/shareable links
e.g. Hyperlinked text in a Moodle Book or a link to your list in your subject outline.
If the Moodle site is rolled over for the new session, it will still contain these links. Once your list is rolled over to your new Moodle site, the links will point to the rolled over (new) reading list.
If your subject outline included a link to the reading list, this will also point to the new list.
