If the Cite It! browser extension isn't collecting website details as expected, you can try these possible solutions:
- Access subject readings via your Moodle site before trying to use Cite It. The Cite It tool works best when you have your subject readings list open in your browser. (Once you have subject readings open, try reloading the website and click Cite It again.)
- Check you are not using a private or incognito window when using Cite It. It may not recognise you are logged into subject readings.
- Check pop-ups are enabled in your browser settings.
- Delete Cite It from your bookmarks bar and reinstall it.
