Q. How do I renew a streaming video that will expire soon?

Some streaming videos have an access expiry date, which can be viewed in the Full Text Availability section of the Library SEARCH record.

If you are UOW staff or a Higher Degree Research student (HDR), you can request to renew a streaming video to extend access for an additional 12 months:

1. Essential course resources can be submitted via Subject Readings
2. All other renewal requests can be submitted by completing a Purchase Request form.

If you are an undergraduate and need continued access to a streaming video for your course, please speak to your subject coordinator.
