When placing your request via Search an estimated time of delivery may be displayed in the ‘Get it’ options provided.

Digital requests for articles and chapters are often supplied within a few days. However, what you require may be difficult to track down and may not be held at many libraries worldwide. Library staff may have to try several different sources within Australia and overseas.

Supply of loan items depend on which library we can borrow the item from, as well as mail delivery.

You can track the status of your requests by logging into My library card using your UOW username and password. Click on the Requests tab to see what you have requested via Document Delivery.
