To renew your loans, log into My Library Card from the homepage. Select ‘Loans’ from the top ribbon and select ‘Renew.’
You should be able to renew an item at least once unless the following applies:
-
If an item is recalled, a revised due date will be applied, and the item will need to be returned to the Library. You will not be able to renew a recalled item.
-
If your library membership is due to expire before the loan or renewal period, your items will be renewed until your membership expiry date.
-
If you have more than 2 overdue items, any overdue recalled items you have not returned, or your record is blocked, you will not be able to renew any loans.
UOW Students (Undergraduates, Honours, Diploma and Non-degree) can renew general collection items online by logging into their borrowing record, in person or by phone (02 4221 3545). 170-day loan items can be renewed once.
UOW Staff and postgraduate students (PhD and Masters) have the convenience of automatic renewals for 170-day loan items. Three days before the item is due, the loan will automatically renew indefinitely unless it is recalled or your membership expires.
Alumni and guests can renew items once by logging into their borrowing record.
