When you receive your Document Delivery loan item, the blue slip placed inside the item will indicate if it is renewable or not.
If the loan is renewable, place your renewal request in the final week before the due date:
- Log into your My Library Card
- On the LOANS tab, find the item you wish to renew.
- Click on the RENEW link to the right of the relevant item. A message will appear indicating the renewal is pending approval.
Library staff will contact the supplying library. It may take 24 hours or more to receive a response. You will receive an email to indicate if a renewal has been granted or denied.
- If a renewal is granted, you will receive an email notification of the new due date.
- If a renewal is not granted, you will be notified by email and the item will need to be returned by the original due date.
