Q. I have placed a digital request via Document Delivery. How will it be delivered?

Your digital Document Delivery request will be sent to your UOW email address. 

This email will be titled, "UOW Library Notification - Delivery of your digital copy", and will include a link to download the resource. 

The link is only valid for a limited time or number of views, we recommend saving a PDF copy after downloading. 

Alternatively, if the link to your document is still available, you can also download a PDF from your My Library Card. 

• Click on the Requests link at the top of the page.
• Find the item you wish to download and click on the DOWNLOAD link and save your PDF.
