Document Delivery requests can only be cancelled prior to another library sending the item, either electronically or by mail.  

To check the status of the request and cancel: 

  • Log in to your My Library Card 
  • Click on the Requests link at the top, find the item you wish to cancel. 
  • If the request status is ILL. Requested there will be the option to cancel. Click on CANCEL. You will then be asked to confirm by clicking on CANCEL IT. A confirmation message will pop up to say it has been successfully cancelled. 
  • If the request status is ILL. Sent, it cannot be cancelled.
