You can only cancel a Document Delivery request before the item has been sent by the lending library, either by mail or electronically.
To check the status and cancel a request:
1. Log in to your My Library Card account.
2. Click on the 'Requests' tab at the top of the page.
3. Find the item you want to cancel.
4. If the request status is 'ILL Requested', you will see an option to select CANCEL. You will then be asked to confirm by clicking on CANCEL IT. A confirmation message will pop up to say it has been successfully cancelled.
5. If the request status is 'ILL. Sent', the item has already been dispatched by the lending library and cannot be cancelled
