Open Educational Resources (OER) make education more accessible by removing the financial barrier of costly course materials. These resources are either in the public domain or openly licensed (e.g., through Creative Commons), allowing free use and adaptation. OER encompass a variety of materials, including textbooks, lesson plans, videos, images, games, worksheets, and assessments.
