Q. Why can't the Library purchase all ebooks with unlimited user models?

The library aims to purchase eBooks with unlimited user licenses, however this is not always possible due to cost or limited licencing options imposed by publishers. 

eBooks from publisher platforms such as JSTOR and Science Direct typically allow unlimited users. However, eBooks from EBSCOhost or ProQuest Ebook Central often have limits of one to three users.
