Q. Can a user license for an eBook be changed to increase user access?

Not all user licenses can be converted or increased due to publisher restrictions, for example, changing a user license from 3 users to 6 users.  

Factors such as expected use, cost, and exclusivity can affect availability.  

The maximum number of licenses permitted under UOW’s Collection Development Policy is six. Consequently, no further copies can be purchased.
