If you identify an issue when trying to access an assigned reading from your subject readings list in Moodle (e.g. the link is broken, you are taken to a different citation), you can report the issue.
Before reporting an issue with the subject reading, check whether this issue is specific to your device or browser. Try the following steps to troubleshoot the error:
- Open the subject reading in a different browser.
- Clear the cache and cookies from your browser. - see the FAQ: Why is my resource not loading properly?
If the error persists, take the following steps to report the issue for investigation:
- In your subject readings list, locate the reading that is not working.
- Hover over the reading and select the "full details" option that will appear to the right of the reading.
- Then, hover over the link to access the reading until you see "Report access issue" appear on the right.
- Click "Report access issue" and follow the prompts to alert the relevant team.
