UOW students and staff can search for and download Australian and selected international standards from SAI Global i2i.
- Log in using your UOW credentials.
- Search for the standard by entering the document number, document title or keywords.
- Click on the document title and open the document summary page. If the standard full-text is available, click on the “Download” button.
- Follow the prompts to start the download process.
- Click on the “Download” button again when you see the message “Ready for download”.
- The PDF will normally be saved into your device’s downloads folder.
Can't view the saved standard? The saved standard cannot be viewed in a browser but must be viewed in Adobe Reader with the the “Global Object Security Policy (GOSP)” setting disabled in the Reader. For more information see Why can’t I open and view the standards on SAI Global or TechStreet?
If the standard is not available and you would like to request it, see how to request a standard.
